• Enrolled Red Lake Tribal member​

• 21 years of age or older

• A For-Profit entity

• 60% or more ownership of existing or new business

• Active manager of the business

• Business located on or near the Red Lake Reservation

• Have a feasible/profitable business opportunity

• Complete the Entrepreneur Training (virtual) 

• Complete their Business Plan with the assistance of the Business Coach. 

State Indian Business Loan

• Enrolled in Minnesota Tribe

• Business located in Minnesota

• 100% owned by Minnesota Tribal members

• Complete an Entrepreneur Class

• Complete your Business Plan

Micro-Loan

• $500 to $5,000

• 1-2 year term

• For an Artist, Farmer, or Credit Repair
